Jasper Algera is a talented upcoming DJ from Amsterdam. From playing piano at the age of 8, he went to performing for thousands of people at the age of 21. His eclectic music style has a wide range: House, Deephouse, EDM, and even Hiphop, R&B and Urban. Therefore he is very widely usable, from clubs to festivals and from student organizations to bars. He learned all about DJ-ing such as mixing vinyl records, by none of the less DJ's Chris and Daniel-San, known from big Dutch festivals like Dance Valley. His experience and crowd entertaining skills made him to be fully booked every weekend.
Jasper Algera performed in several big clubs in:
Amsterdam (Air, Sugar Factory, Studio 80)
Utrecht (Club Lux)
Noordwijk aan Zee (Club 19, Club Home [resident DJ])
Lisse (DGZ [resident DJ])
and so on. He played in almost every big student city in the Netherlands for lots of student associations.
In his summertour 2014, Jasper went international with performances in Albufeira, Portugal (Club Fiesta and others). On his schedule are several festivals too, like Beach Festival Haarlemmermeer and Sandro's Kitchen, where last year he had the honor to perform a closing set after DJ superstar Sandro Silva.
Jasper Algera's sets have a characteristic and summer feel sound. His inspiration comes from DJs like Erick-E and Roog, but also from Daft Punk and Laidback Luke. He is already known for his topnotch remixes and mashups, but in the nearby future several original productions are planned, which should lead to fulfilling an international career.
